4 out of 5 starsGreat body scrub. Needs a little scooper. The clay is much finer than the coffee grounds. So, a little scooper helps. Dumping a little into my hand/bowl just wasn't enough.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES AND SHIP TIME?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers receive tracking info once package ships. It usually takes 2-3 business days to process orders before we ship them out. We are closed weekends and holidays.
FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders (within USA) $35 and up. For domestic orders under $35, shipping and handling charges are $4.99 (plus $ .50 for each additional item ordered).
*We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Please allow on average 5-10 business days for delivery of USA orders, and 7-21 business days for international orders.
*Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Claims must be properly filed with the delivery carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All of our products are accurately described on our website and hand-packaged to insure the highest quality for all of our customers.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON’T KNOW MY FOUNDATION COLOR?
If you are unsure which foundation color to select, please order our FOUNDATION TESTERS first to get a true color match to your skin before ordering the full size product.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
Please check with neighbors and all entryways first. If your package is still not located, please contact your shipping carrier ASAP.
